These apartments are set in a quiet, newly built apartment house 30 metres away from Binz’s Baltic Coast beach. Each apartment offers a balcony and a well equipped kitchen. Haus Jahreszeiten by rujana provides modern, individually furnished apartments including a living room and a dining area. All apartments have a private bathroom and a TV. Guests can prepare hearty meals for themselves in the kitchen, which includes an oven, a stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. Binz’s shops, cafés and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away. Within a 15-minute walk guests may enjoy hiking and cycling through the surrounding countryside or spend a day fishing in Lake Schmachtersee. The apartments are situated in a small art district. Free parking is available 500 metres from the property.

Guests will be contacted by Rujana with bank details, for the transfer of the deposit. Please note that the rest of the booking fee must be transferred at least 30 days before arrival. Guests are kindly requested to inform Rujana of their mobile phone numbers. After you have made your reservation, Rujana will send you a separate email with a bankruptcy insurance policy. Guests making last-minute reservations should send proof of payment directly to the hotel via fax. Please note that the linen package fee is obligatory and costs EUR 15 per person per stay.
